Cookie Policy
Information on the cookies and similar technologies used by the portal tekdogwear.com, under Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021. Version 1.1 of 15 September 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device to remember information on later visits. The Portal runs on the Shopify platform, which sets the cookies described below.
2. Technical cookies — always on, no consent required
Required for the Portal to work: login session, cart, security and consent preferences. Without them the Portal does not work.

The dealer pages of the order application (acceptance of terms, order signature, payment receipt upload) do not set cookies.
3. Analytics cookies — only with consent
They measure, in aggregate form, how the Portal is used (pages visited, origin, device) in order to improve it.

4. Marketing cookies
The Portal does not use profiling or third-party advertising cookies.
5. Managing consent
On the first visit the banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings; the banner will then be shown again. Refusing analytics cookies does not limit the use of the Portal.
